how very sporting!

I finally got a flu shot today.  Overall it was a pretty painless experience–  After a 1.5 hour wait in a room full of people sick with the flu, the doctor was nice enough to take my money and stab me in the arm with a needle.

  • Waking up this morning, I realize that last night’s “My Lovely Neighbour” post should have been, instead, “The North American Field Guide to Identifying Creepy Naked People.”  I am wracked with indecision.
  • Jackhammer machine guy is still a jerk.  I have a theory that he was formerly a normal construction worker who went rogue–  moving across the city by himself doing unasked-for jackhammering work and then angrily demanding money from the mayor.
  • There’s some type of precipitation falling outside that looks kinda like snow.  Time to go outside and do the taste test.

version 2.7 is spiffy looking. some things don’t work anymore, but who cares.
